At the top of the staircase in the Mansion is the Fountain Room with a beautiful curved panel of windows overlooking the koi pond fountain and gardens. Maximum of 2 people.

Located in the Mansion, this second floor room looks out onto the lawns and majestic 150 year old Pecan Tree. Maximum of 2 people.

OLIVE ROOM
Located in the Mansion, the windows of the Olive Room overlook two enormous olive trees and the lush gardens. Maximum of 2 people.

TOWER SUITE
This separate three-story guesthouse is located behind the Mansion. It was the original windmill tower on the property, and has been completely renovated into a charming cottage with a full kitchen, living area, bedroom, and two bathrooms. Maximum of 4 people.

• Pull-out couch on second floor | single or double occupancy | $120 per night

THE LOFT
The loft is located on the fourth floor of the Mansion with over 600 square feet of shared space of antique beds and sleeping nooks. Maximum of 9 people.

• One bathroom on the first floor

• 2 Twin beds | single occupancy, $70 per night
• 1 Futon, single, $50 per night | double occupancy, $30 per night
